Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative with the George Quarterman State Farm Insurance Agency in Lakewood Ranch / Sarasota, Florida, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences that contribute to the growth and success of our agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Organizational skills
- Proactive in problem solving
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but optional

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
